Rum Balls

INGREDIENTS

2 cups chopped Belgian Chocolate

½ cup sugar

1/3 cup rum

3 tbsp light corn syrup

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers

1 cup ground walnuts

Sugar/sprinkles/ground nuts

DIRECTIONS

Melt chocolate in a bowl over a double boiler.  Remove from heat, stir in sugar, rum, corn syrup, waters and ground walnuts.  Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in icing sugar, chopped nuts, or candy sprinkles.
