Pumpkin Spice Latte

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

My creative genius and partner in crime is all about PSL and he will spend a small fortune this time of year to get his fix at gourmet coffee houses that charge a fortune for them yet they’re made with artificial flavours; ours is all natural and if you’re a vegan you can substitute white milk with any none dairy milk product. For the cost of one coffee out, he will be enjoying home made PS Latte all week long.

INGREDIENTS

1 shot of espresso

1 cup of milk (or none dairy milk product)

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

¼ to ½ tsp pumpkin spice

DIRECTIONS

In a small sauce pan combine pumpkin puree, milk and pumpkin spice until it reaches a scalding. In the meantime brew your espresso shot (add sugar to espresso as you wish).  You can use a milk frothier or hand held blender and pulse until light and fluffy.  Pour into coffee cup and top with cinnamon, nutmeg or pumpkin spice.
