PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE
Our pumpkin spice smoothie is all natural, light and delicious and not just for breakfast; it can be enjoyed any time of the day as a refreshing treat. Add a scoop of protein powder and it’s a great treat after a strenuous workout.
½ cup vanilla yogurt (we prefer Greek)
½ cup milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ to ½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 cup of ice
Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and velvety. Top with your choice of nutmeg, cinnamon or pumpkin spice and enjoy!
