White Chocolate Macadamia/Coconut Clusters

INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup flaked coconut

½ cup chopped macadamia nuts

¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

16 vanilla wafers

1 package white chocolate baking pieces

3 tbsp shortening

Edible Glitter

 

DIRECTIONS

A no-bake recipe. Combine coconut, nuts and sweetened condensed milk.  Place the mixture on top of the vanilla wafers covering the entire wafer.  Place on rack to chill.

In a double boiler, melt white chocolate with shortening until nice and smooth.  Place rack with coconut clusters over a sheet of waxed paper.  Spoon about 1 tbsp chocolate over each cluster, spreading with spatula to cover completely.  Sprinkle with edible glitter.
